1. Agreement

By creating an account or using WorkFixd (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and WorkFixd (“we”, “us”).

2. What WorkFixd does

WorkFixd is an AI-powered business operations platform. It generates reports, content, review responses, and recommendations for your business using AI models. All outputs are automated and should be reviewed by you before use. WorkFixd is a tool to assist you — not a substitute for professional business, legal, or financial advice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One account per business. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates any law
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its AI outputs
• —Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service
• —Use automated means to sign up for multiple accounts
• —Post or publish AI-generated review responses without reading them first

5. AI-generated content

WorkFixd uses AI to generate content on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• —AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires editing before use
• —You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or acting on it
• —WorkFixd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI output
• —You own the outputs generated for your account and are responsible for how you use them

6. Google integration

If you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize WorkFixd to access your business reviews and profile information via the Google Business Profile API. You can revoke this access at any time from your account dashboard or from your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. WorkFixd will never post, edit, or delete anything on your Google profile without your explicit approval.

7. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled workflows may occasionally be delayed due to platform maintenance or third-party service outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkFixd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to reputation. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
